Project Overview
The Drawing Room was asked to redesign and enhance the reception space within the main entrance of Glategny Court in St Peter Port.
Design Concept
The client requested a light-touch approach to the decoration, with a focus on repositioning the reception desk to improve the layout and introducing much-needed storage.
We commissioned a bespoke Corian sandalwood reception desk and designed three large, concealed cupboards to maximise storage. The ceiling tiles were replaced and the doors repainted to brighten the space. The scheme was further enhanced with suspended lighting, bold tiles, and recessed shelving for plants.
The result is a more efficient layout that makes better use of the space, offering a warm welcome and improved flow for employees and visitors to the building.
