The client sought to create a community of homes that would fuse modern living with sustainability, while also offering flexibility. The development aims to:

- Maximise natural light and space through intelligent layout designs.
- Cater to future adaptability with provisions for lifetime living.
The development includes:
- Four 4-bedroom family homes designed for contemporary lifestyles.
- One 1-bedroom bungalow, perfect for downsizers or singles, with similar attention to sustainability and space efficiency.
Key Architectural Features
We incorporated a range of modern and sustainable features.
- Renewable energy solutions: Solar panels have been installed to harness natural energy, combined with electric mains heating to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources and lower the carbon footprint.
- Modern townhouse design: The exterior blends traditional and modern elements that complement the local architecture while standing out as a contemporary development.
