The owners of Nova House, a charming townhouse in St Peter Port, approached us with a vision to expand their living space and transform the way they use their home and garden.
Our design included a large rear extension to connect the house and garden and maximise the functionality of the space. We reconfigured the existing layout of the living area to create a more open, light-filled interior.
Architectural Features
- Natural Palette: We used a mix of materials, including warm timbers, matte stone surfaces, and soft-toned finishes, that bring depth and a texture to the space.
- Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Full-height glass doors open onto the garden, ensuring the extension feels fully connected to the outdoors.
- Outdoor Kitchen: A fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a canopy make it ideal for hosting year-round.
- Light and Space: The extension is designed to maximise natural light, with carefully positioned skylights and an open-plan layout that enhances the sense of airiness.
