Project Overview
The Drawing Room was commissioned to design and fit-out the reception area at Royal Chambers on Glategny Esplanade. The aim was to create a modern, comfortable space to welcome clients and visitors into the building.
Design Concept
The client envisioned a bright, professional reception area where clients and visitors could sign in and wait in comfort. As the building is home to several businesses, the design needed to be neutral to complement a variety of company branding, while also being durable enough to withstand high footfall.
Our design focused on a neutral colour palette and natural materials. We commissioned a bespoke oak-veneered plywood reception desk and 3D art tiles for the backdrop. We also incorporated several practical solutions, including a hard-wearing entrance mat and recessed strip lighting.
The result is a high-quality, welcoming space that meets the functional demands of a busy office building.
