The new owners of Salty Shore sought to embrace the stunning west coast views and breathtaking sunsets that their property offers. To achieve this, we embarked on a dramatic transformation, extending the home’s first floor and creating expansive, open spaces that frame the coastline. By removing existing walls and ceilings, we introduced a sense of spaciousness throughout the home.
A large, seamlessly integrated, balcony flows from the newly added living areas, accessed through glazed sliding doors. The entire property will undergo a full renovation, including thermal upgrades to improve energy efficiency, a reimagined layout for better functionality, and the installation of modern fixtures and high-end fittings.
