Transforming a Coastal Home with Modern Hamptons Elegance

Project Overview

Nestled along the island’s east coast, this renovation reimagines an existing coastal residence into a timeless retreat that reflects its stunning setting and the client’s lifestyle. The design embraces a modern Hamptons aesthetic, combining refined detailing with light-filled, open spaces to create a home that feels effortlessly elegant.

Client Brief

Our clients wanted a home that felt both relaxed and refined – one that flowed naturally between inside and out. Their goal was to reconfigure the existing layout to better support everyday living, enhance natural light, and strengthen the connection to the surrounding landscape. They envisioned a warm, contemporary home that would stand the test of time.

Design Concept

Inspired by the soft sophistication of Hamptons design, we focused on blending classic coastal character with modern simplicity. Expansive glazing opens the interiors to panoramic views, while thoughtful detailing introduces warmth and texture throughout. The addition of a wrap-around veranda and a statement porch elevate the home’s architectural presence.
