This one’s personal.

Designed and project managed by yours truly, on an ambitious 12-week programme, which we are seriously proud of. We took on an industrial storage shell and installed staircases, toilets, electrics, and plumbing and decorated it to be the perfect environment for our design team to create in.

We feel the space is a true reflection of our creative vision and commitment to delivering good design.

Key Architectural Features

Industrial feel – the preservation of the industrial shell maintains the character of the steelwork and the rawness of the existing materials.
Sustainable design – Solar panels were installed on the front façade of the building mand the building underwent thermal upgrades. Acoustic padding and materials were used in the linear oak clad wall to reduce sound within the spaces and add warm tones.
Design details – The breakout/kitchen zone boasts reclaimed Soviet factory light fittings, showcased within the vaulted space. These can be admired through the crittall gable window from the meeting room on the first floor.
