New builds

A future proof home

A dated 1950s home will soon give way to a thoughtfully designed family residence, nestled in a picturesque rural setting surrounded by expansive fields. This 4,000-square-foot new build has been meticulously designed to optimise natural light and panoramic views. By repositioning the house on the site, we expanded the south-facing garden, enhancing both privacy and outdoor living space.

The combination of an oak-framed interior and energy-efficient SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels) construction will deliver a home that balances charm with modern sustainability.
