Chandon House is a large scale family home that underwent a complete renovation/modernisation. The brief was to improve the current layout and create a private rear terrace.

We removed a dated rear conservatory to make way for a gorgeous terrace that connected the living areas and lower garden. The two-story glazed rear extension allowed us to obtain sightlines to the stunning east coast views from both floors. The newly created first-floor main bedroom suite is the perfect place to watch a great guernsey sunrise.
